We are looking for a PROPERTY/COMMUNITY ADMINISTRATOR for a company located in Barcelona.
What you'll do
- Integral management of 50 properties/communities
- Continuous monitoring of the status of each community: incidents, works, payments, accounting situation, etc.
- Direct communication with presidents and boards of directors.
- Analysis and improvement proposals to resolve recurring or structural problems.
- Attention to Owners and Incident Resolution
- Coordination of works, repairs, and maintenance.
- Requesting and comparing quotes.
- Processing of insurance claims with insurance companies.
- Updated maintenance of the documentary archive for each property.
- Compliance with the horizontal property law.
Requirements
- Minimum experience of at least 3 years in the position.
- Immediate incorporation
- Competencies: Problem-solving ability, commitment, patience, and responsibility
- Languages: Catalan and Spanish.
