An important leading company in the travel and holiday circuit sector is selecting to hire on a permanent basis for its staff:

Senior Group Agent for the operations area, where all various reservations (hotels, various services, payments, invoicing, online...) and operational activities for travel clients are managed in their entirety.

JOB FUNCTIONS (The main functions and tasks to be carried out)

1. Verify the group and service reservations that each operator has, and in turn operate the

groups.

2. Create a file for each tailor-made trip, with its initial documentation:

quote and service sheet, with the data and prices to be handled. Analyze the initial information

to know the details of the trip.

3. Select and make reservations for hotels and services (boats, tickets, restaurants, masses,

among others), based on the budget prepared by the quoting area.

4. Maintain constant control over the prices and quality of the selected services, based

on what was quoted to the client.

5. Coordination with hotel contracting, transport, and guides, for the services in which they are

involved.

6. Ensure and collect all new information and documentation that is being generated

(contracts, communications, invoices) in the trip file.

7. Coordinate with administration the payments and deposits to suppliers, card purchases,

and bus permit purchases in coordination with the Transport department.

8. Perform the upload of trip and passenger data into the online system and different department

databases. Sending rooming lists to hotels.

9. Manage the invoicing of the trip, and maintain constant communication with the

Billing Control department.

10. Constantly communicate the details of the trip to the client (hotels, menus, tickets,

visit schedules, among others) ensuring that the client's approval is obtained.

11. Prepare the file for the accompanying guide with all the information related to the trip.

12. Maintain the message archive for each file in the general email, accessible to all

colleagues, so that it can be consulted at any time.

13. Maintenance and updating of prices and processes in our NETWORK (tickets, half board,

permits).

14. Perform commercial presentations for the department (services, destinations, budgets).

Conditions:

• contract: permanent
• Salary: 28,000-30,000 (depending on experience)
• Schedule: Monday to Friday 10:30 to 19:30/ 11:00 to 20:00

Minimum of 5 years, in a similar position, in

private groups, tailor-made reservations, in a

tour operator/tourism wholesaler

Knowledge of destinations, special services,

routes in Europe, the Middle and Far East, America

Knowledge of the client market in Latam,
