We currently have this position open, does it fit you?
We are looking for a Consultant for an R&D&i project for an important INNOVATION company specializing in professional advisory services and tools, located in Madrid
After a period as a consultant, they will move into a team leader role.
What you'll do
They will perform, among others, these functions:
Lead the development of work and the generation of deliverables in terms of deadline and quality
Identify opportunities in current and new clients
Evaluate the performance of consultants and managers (180º)
Participate in training, evaluation, and client loyalty
Collaborate in project planning, team assignment, and internal communication
Review and distribution of deliverables
Ensure relationships with clients and third parties
Participate in project follow-up meetings
Measure client satisfaction and regulatory compliance.
Requirements
Possess a master's degree
Driver's license
Engineering education
Experience as a consultant in this field ( R&D&i)
Clear orientation towards leading a team
