The role

TEMPS is a Human Resources consultancy with more than 30 years of experience in the market, specializing in offering temporary staffing, direct selection, and training services.

We require the recruitment of a LOGISTICS CONTROLLER (WAREHOUSE MANAGER) for an important company in the transport sector with more than 30 years of experience in the market, located in Sant Boi de Llobregat.

What you'll do

- Continuous management and control of inventory.

- Optimize stocks and the warehouse layout.

- Align stock (consumption) with the company's internal ERP.

- Manage daily communication with the client.

- Lead the operational team in the medium term (20 people).

- Participate in monitoring and continuous improvement forums.

- Work with KPIs for monitoring and inventory reliability.

- Detect automation needs in daily operations.

How you'll work

- Be part of a company with a family DNA and more than 30 years of experience in the market.

- Fully permanent contract + real growth projection.

- Schedule: Monday to Friday, flexible. Start time: 08:00h and finish time 18:00h.

- Salary: Depending on merit and experience provided.

Requirements

- Minimum experience of at least 2-3 years in a similar position.

- Higher Level Vocational Training in Transport and Logistics.

- Permanent inventory management will be positively valued.

- Knowledge of SAP and/or other management systems (ERP/WMS).

- Proactive, responsible profile, with customer orientation and analytical capacity.

- Availability to travel to the client's center during the working day.
