What you'll get

-Contract: With TEMPS – Replacement due to medical leave (approx. 3 months).

-Immediate start.

-Full-time

-Schedule: Monday to Friday from 8:00 to 18:00

The role

TEMPS is a Human Resources consultancy with more than 30 years of experience in the market, specializing in offering temporary staffing services, direct selection, and training.

We are looking for an ADMINISTRATIVE MANAGER for an important company located in Sant Boi de Llobregat.

What you'll do

-Administrative management of debt collection: support in the monitoring and recovery of overdue unpaid debt.

-Contact with clients for payment regularization and updating the status of each file.

-Performance of general administrative tasks for the department.

-Organization and filing of documentation.

-Updating of databases and preparation of reports.

-Support in internal procedures related to the administrative area.

Requirements

-Vocational Training in Administration and/or Marketing.

-Previous experience in debt collection management.

-Proficiency in Office, especially Excel (intermediate level).

-Organized person with follow-up capacity.
