We are currently looking for a Commercial Channels Manager to work remotely but based in Madrid.

Your mission as Commercial Channels Manager within the Commercial Directorate of ENGIE in Spain is to develop, coordinate, and optimize the network of coordinators and indirect commercial channels, ensuring the achievement of acquisition, sales, margin, and quality objectives. You will be responsible for identifying new growth opportunities, driving the productivity of collaborators, guaranteeing the correct implementation of the commercial strategy, and acting as the main point of contact between ENGIE and its network of commercial partners.

What you'll do

  • Reporting directly to the Commercial Director, acting as their main support in the definition, implementation, and monitoring of the B2B business commercial strategy.
  • Collaborating in the preparation of commercial plans, budgets, sales objectives, and the company's growth plans.
  • Leading, developing, and coordinating the team of Territorial Coordinators, ensuring the achievement of commercial objectives in their respective areas of responsibility.
  • Defining the strategy for the acquisition, development, and management of the indirect commercial network at a national level.
  • Supervising commercial activity, the opportunity pipeline, and sales forecasts, ensuring the reliability of the national forecast.
  • Driving the productivity and performance of the commercial network through the implementation of best practices, tools, and development plans.
