The role
Important multinational located in the Valdeolmos Alalpardo area is looking to hire a Junior HR who will perform the following tasks:
What you'll do
Support in employee registrations and terminations
Control of contract expiration dates
Basic administrative management of absences, sick leave, and permits
Creation, maintenance, and updating of employee files
Control of mandatory documentation (contracts, OHS, training)
Daily contact with staffing agencies (requesting profiles, follow-up)
Posting job offers and coordinating requested vacancies with staffing agencies.
Candidate interviews.
Preparation of onboarding documentation
Support in administrative onboarding
How you'll work
Working hours: Monday to Thursday from 8:00am to 5:00pm, and on Fridays finishing at 3:00pm
Requirements
VERY IMPORTANT: Own car for commuting
Training in Labor Relations, Psychology, Business Administration, or related fields
High level of English.
Proficiency in HR tools/Excel/SAP/SuccessFactors.
Immediate availability.
Experience in an industrial environment (desirable)
