• Required education: University degree in Labor Relations and Human Resources, Law, or related fields.

• Minimum of 1 year of experience performing the duties of the position.

• Knowledge of Spanish labor legislation.

• Attention to detail and a focus on data quality.

• Organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks.

• Experience with A3Innuva and Siltra will be highly valued.

We are looking for a Junior HR Administration Technician to provide support in the administrative management of Human Resources processes, collaborating on tasks related to hiring, personnel documentation, IT management, registrations and terminations, payroll calculations, and support for the HR team.

Your responsibilities as a Junior HR Administration Technician will be:

• Administrative management of personnel: registrations, terminations, contracts, modifications, and archiving of labor documentation.

• Support in the complete payroll process, collecting and validating incidents and salary variables.

• Communication with IT for the management of users, access, equipment, and employee onboarding and offboarding processes.

• Updating and maintaining databases and HR management tools.

• Handling and resolving employee inquiries related to administrative and labor matters.

• General support for the HR department, preparing reports and ensuring compliance with internal procedures.
