We are looking for an Assistant Cook to cover a replacement.

In this position, you will be responsible for providing support in the preparation and making of the dishes in our gastronomic offering and for taking care of the presentation details of the same, following the guidelines indicated by the Chef de Partie, according to the previously agreed menu and complying with the established safety, hygiene, and environmental protection regulations.

What you'll do

Perform basic preparations, dishes, and other culinary preparations that are entrusted to you.
Perform cleaning and disinfection tasks of utensils, machinery, tableware, and kitchen premises that are assigned to you.
Correctly store, handle, and organize all kitchen materials, food, and chemical products, at the request of your superiors.
Collaborate with the manager in the reception of goods, receive requested goods and materials, and control expiration and quality dates.
