What we're looking for

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Selection Technician in the IT and consulting sector.
  • Experience working with ATS systems
  • Experience in active recruitment and job portals.

The role

At AD4 Octógono, we are hiring a selection technician specialized in IT profiles with at least 3 years of experience in a similar position who wants to join our internal team.

You will be able to work in a dynamic and collaborative environment.

What you'll do

  • Manage selection processes comprehensively in the ATS for different IT profiles (Development, Systems, Big Data, DevOps...) and BPO.
  • Posting job offers on different job portals (Infojobs, LinkedIn, and other portals)
  • Proactively identify and contact potential candidates through direct searches.
  • Conduct interviews with candidates, ensuring quality in the evaluation of their profile, CV, and competencies.
  • Facilitate the candidate experience by accompanying them throughout the entire selection process, and sharing the vision, business strategy, and culture of AD4Octogono.
  • Promote the AD4Octogono employer brand by participating in events and job fairs.
  • Reinforce our talent attraction strategy by managing solid relationships.
  • Negotiation of terms and conditions
  • Management of new employee onboarding

How you'll work

  • Hybrid work model in Madrid.
  • Full-time
  • Fixed salary (max 25,000€) + annual variable based on goal achievement (onboardings) + quarterly variable based on minimum billing.
  • Joining throughout the month of January.
