What we're looking for

Demonstrable previous experience as a Recruiter, Recruitment Technician, or Recruitment Consultant in a staffing agency or the retail sector.

Experience in mass selection processes (high volume) for store, logistics, and customer service profiles.

Technical knowledge: Agile use of job portals (InfoJobs, LinkedIn Recruiter), CV filtering tools, and the Office suite (Excel).

Excellent telephone communication skills, organizational agility, and problem-solving capacity.

Availability for immediate start and to travel to the office located in San Sebastián de los Reyes on in-person days.

Pay & benefits

What you'll get

Full-time position of 40 hours per week, distributed in 8 hours daily from Monday to Friday, from 9:00 to 18:00 h.

Hybrid work model: 2 days of remote work and 3 days in-person in the office.

Temporary project with a duration of 3 weeks to cover a hiring peak.

Possibility of expansion and access to more stable employment opportunities within the group.

What you'll do

Exhaustive CV screening and filtering of candidates in databases and job portals.

Making first contact calls and conducting telephone/virtual competency-based interviews.

Mass recruitment and end-to-end management of selection processes for store profiles: cashiers, logistics/warehouse staff, shelf stockers, and sales assistants.

Coordination and follow-up of candidates throughout the process and continuous reporting on the status of vacancies.
