The role

A leading company in the food sector, in the midst of international growth, is looking to permanently hire a Supervisor and an Industrial Cleaning Coordinator at its plant located in the Camp del Turia area.

The selected person will be responsible for coordinating, supervising, and optimizing cleaning tasks within the plant, guaranteeing compliance with hygiene, food safety, and operational efficiency standards.

What you'll do

  • Coordinate and plan cleaning tasks according to production needs.
  • Supervise the cleaning team across different work shifts.
  • Distribute workloads and ensure the correct use of cleaning products and machinery.
  • Review, update, and ensure compliance with cleaning procedures.
  • Control and monitor cleaning and quality indicators.
  • Participate in resolving incidents and in the continuous improvement of processes.
