Maintenance Technician (rotating shifts L-D)

Responsibilities

Their main duties are, depending on whether they are electrical or HVAC/cooling:

- Perform preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance tasks on low-voltage electrical installations for the specific Data Center (CPD) facilities.

- Perform preventive and corrective tasks on building HVAC installations: chiller plants, heat pumps, air handling units, ventilation networks and primary air treatment, and pumping systems for hydraulic networks, linked to Data Center facilities.

Salary range: between 23K and 25K, depending on the profile.

Schedule: rotating shifts — morning, afternoon, and night

Important multinational company with activities in three main service areas traditionally managed by public authorities, is seeking a Maintenance Technician for the Data Center. 

This would also be for direct incorporation into the workforce. Please note that in this case, as with the Boilers position, candidates go through both an interview with us and one with the manager, the latter being essential for assessing how well the profile fits on the technical side. 

• Formal education: Vocational Training (FP) or Professional Certificate
• Experience in maintenance
• Availability to work rotating shifts (morning, afternoon, night). 

Funciones

Sus funciones principales son, en función de si son eléctricos o de clima/frío:

- Ejecutar tareas de mantenimiento preventivo, correctivo y conductivo en las instalaciones eléctricas de baja tensión para las instalaciones específicas del CPD (Centro de Procesos de Datos).

- Ejecutar tareas preventivas y correctivas en instalaciones de climatización de edificios: centrales frigoríficas, bombas de calor, climatizadores, redes de ventilación y tratamiento de aire primario y sistemas de bombeo de las redes hidráulicas, vinculadas a instalaciones de CPD. 

Se ofrece:

Banda salarial: entre 23K y 25K, dependiendo del perfil.

Contrato estable

EUR 23,000–25,000 per year

Zona: MAdrid centro

Horario: turnos rotativos mañana , tarde y noche
