The role
Currently, we are looking for an AFTER-SALES SERVICE TECHNICIAN for a company focused on the SPORT sector located in Barberà del Vallès.
What you'll do
- Resolve customer doubts and problems regarding the use, maintenance, or operation of products.
- Provide technical assistance and guidance for the installation or adjustment of sporting products (for example, GPS watches, cycling computers, etc.).
- Warranty management
- Provide advice on the correct use of products, their proper maintenance, and recommendations to improve their durability.
- Reporting of incidents in the portal.
- Evaluation of training received.
- Respond to customer complaints.
