Organization, Efficiency and Process Specialist

The selected person will contribute to the continuous improvement of the entity's efficiency through the analysis of processes, structures, and organizational models, participating in the design, implementation, and monitoring of organizational and operational transformation initiatives.

• 5-7 years of experience in a similar role

• Participate in projects regarding organization, efficiency, processes, operating models, transformation, and sizing.
• Conduct interviews and working sessions with managers and teams to understand the actual functioning of processes, activities, and working models.
• Design and review processes, operating models, and target operating schemes, defining responsibilities, interactions, indicators, and monitoring mechanisms.
• Prepare reports and executive presentations with conclusions and improvement proposals.
• Analyze structures, functions, and responsibilities, identifying overlaps, dependencies, inefficiencies, and organizational improvement opportunities.
• Participate in the implementation and monitoring of proposed improvement measures, evaluating their results and degree of adoption.

• University degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Industrial Organization, Information Systems, or a similar field.
• Indicative professional experience of five to seven years in projects involving processes, efficiency, organization, transformation, operating models, sizing, or operational analysis.
• Previous experience in operations, organization, or transformation consulting, or in equivalent internal roles, will be especially valued.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
• Ability to work with information from different sources, identify inconsistencies, and formulate well-founded conclusions.
• Ability to structure complex problems, formulate analytical hypotheses, and translate conclusions into concrete action proposals.
