About the role

We are looking for managers for debt collection for an important company specialized in online loan recovery.

What you'll do

Tasks:

Managing non-payment

Customer service

Negotiating offers

Creating payment plans

What you'll get

We offer:

Three-month contract through a temp agency + permanent placement with the company

Salary: €11.22 gross/hour fixed (30-hour workweek) + performance bonus; €1,346 gross/month fixed + bonus

Paid training with an employment contract from day one.

How you'll work

After the temp agency period, you move to the company with a stable 40-hour/week contract (with the proportional salary increase) and work 2 Saturdays per month.

Schedule: 30-hour workweek: MONDAYS FROM 10 AM TO 5:30 PM / TUESDAYS, THURSDAYS AND FRIDAYS FROM 10 AM TO 5 PM / SATURDAYS FROM 9 AM TO 2:30 PM. WEDNESDAYS AND SUNDAYS OFF.
