Degree holder in Law (with English)

We are looking for a legal administrative professional for banking for an important multinational company.

 FUNCTIONS: Processing judicial proceedings. Receiving client claims with active judicial proceedings and resolving them. Drafting letters, preparing judicial timelines, and entering them into action applications. Reviewing operations that may be subject to sanctions. Reviewing operations managed at Level 1. International Sanctions support.

Annual gross salary: 17,567.68

 Remote work: 50%

Location: Sant Joan Despí

 Schedule: Monday to Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., rotating Thursday from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. or 9:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. Summer schedule from 7:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. 

Three-month contract through a temporary employment agency with possible transition to permanent staff.

 FUNCIONES: Tramitación Procedimientos judiciales. Recibir reclamaciones de cliente con procedimiento judicial vivo y resolver las mismas. Redacción cartas, realización cronología judicial, y volcado en aplicativos de acciones. Revisión de operativa susceptible de ser sancionada. Revisión de las operaciones gestionadas en Nivel 1. Soportes Sanciones Internacionales.

Salario bruto anual 17.567,68

 Teletrabajo: 50%

Ubicación Sant Joan Despi

 Horario: lunes a viernes 8 a 15.30, jueves rotativo 8 a 18 o 9 a 19 Horario verano de 07:30 a 15:30
