Requirements

What we're looking for

The person has administrative-financial training and previous experience in a similar department of at least 2 years with similar functions.
It is important to have a good level of English (at least a B2) to be able to carry out the work, as you will occasionally have emails in English and some calls in this language.
In addition to having very good control of Excel, as it is an essential tool in this team. Proactivity is also very important, as is enjoying teamwork.
Although not essential, we will value knowledge and use of SAP as a work tool.
We will also value experience in financial instruments.

Our headquarters are located in Madrid Capital and within our finance team, we want to bring on board a person with experience in the International Clients area, to take on functions such as:

What you'll do

Payment management: use of international payment platforms and management of documentary credits.
Accounting management of client accounts and collaboration in the monthly accounting close.
Debt collection.
Preparation of reports.
Contact with international banks.

How you'll work

Permanent contract.
We have a dining room with a kitchen, where we can purchase a menu at an affordable price, or if you prefer to bring food from home, we have refrigerators and microwaves distributed throughout the building (you may use the dining room even without consuming anything from it).
The job location is in Madrid capital, in the northern zone, and it is very well connected, being accessible by private vehicle (it is not a metered parking zone), by metro (line 10), urban and intercity buses, and commuter trains.
The start date would be immediate (assuming, if applicable, the notice period)
