About the role

At thePower, we have changed the rules of the game in business education. Since 2017, we have brought the knowledge that was once only offered by traditional MBAs into a 100% online, dynamic, and accessible format: short classes (15 minutes), focused on the practical side and designed to be applied from minute one.

Today, more than 200,000 students worldwide —and teams from companies like EY, Accenture, or Coca-Cola— train with us. We do this alongside brilliant minds who have founded YouTube, Waze, Tesla, or Shazam, and with executives from unicorn companies who inspire every program with a very clear approach: learning by doing.

What you'll do

We are looking for people with energy, a sales mindset, and a hunger for selling.

As a Sales Advisor, you will be the first human contact for future students: you will listen to their goals, advise them on the program that best fits their needs, and support them throughout the enrollment process.

Your day-to-day will include

  • Manage a portfolio of leads (we provide it to you).
  • Hold meaningful conversations with potential students, guiding them in their decision.
  • Achieve conversion targets, always with the support of your Team Leader and your Manager.
  • Master thePower's academic offering in order to advise with warmth and transparency.
  • Create a WOW experience in every interaction: professional, clear, and memorable.

Functions

  • Identify sales opportunities based on the portfolio provided by the company.
  • Close sales opportunities to achieve the conversion target.
  • Provide efficient, expert, and approachable assistance to potential students regarding enrollment.
  • Maintain constant communication with clients via phone (main channel), email, WhatsApp, etc.
  • Handle sales forecasting and CRM management duties.
  • Monitor and control inbound communications through our platforms.
  • Work proactively and independently to achieve the set goals.

What you'll get

  • Duration: permanent contract after a 6-month probation period.
  • Hybrid position
  • 39 hours per week.
  • You will be part of a fast-growing team made up of highly qualified professionals, dedicated to providing a great experience for our students.
  • Competitive salary conditions, tailored to your profile and experience.
