Exam Preparation Coach

As a Coach, you will be part of the "PATRIO" team, the first high-performance center for civil service exam candidates. Your main tasks will be:

- Manage your community of students.

- Guide the student through the entire civil service exam preparation process.

- Conduct tutoring sessions where you will teach study tools and emotional management techniques.

- Adapt physical training plans to the students.

- Establish a study plan with objectives tailored to each exam candidate.

- Help maintain motivation throughout the entire process.

✅ Our office is located at Arturo Soria, 245. 28033. Madrid.

✅ Working hours: 39 hours per week.

✅ Contract: Permanent from the start, subject to a 6-month probationary period.

✅ Work Team: Integration into a growing global team made up of highly qualified professionals, focused on providing an exceptional experience for our students.

✅ Special Leave: A day off on your birthday to celebrate it your way.

✅ Vacation: Days off on December 24 and 31, plus 25 additional vacation days.

- Be familiar with the civil service exam process for the Security Forces and Corps.

- Have sports training in order to adapt the candidate's physical preparation and help them reach their maximum performance.

- Have knowledge of study techniques or educational coaching.

Como Coach formarás parte del equipo de "PATRIO", el primer centro de alto de rendimiento para opositores. Tus tareas principales serán:

- Gestiar tu comunidad de alumnos.

- Guiar al alumno a través de todo el proceso de oposición.

- Realizar tutorías donde enseñarás herramientas de estudio y de gestión emocional.

- Adaptar la planificación física a los alumnos.

- Establecer un plan de estudio con objetivos adaptados a cada opositor.

- Ayudar a mantener la motivación durante todo el proceso.

✅ Jornada Laboral: 39 horas semanales.

✅ Contrato: Indefinido desde el inicio, sujeto a un período de prueba de 6 meses.

✅ Equipo de Trabajo: Integración en un equipo global en crecimiento compuesto por profesionales altamente cualificados, orientado a proporcionar una experiencia excepcional a nuestros estudiantes.

✅ Permiso Especial: Día libre el día de tu cumpleaños para celebrarlo a tu manera.

✅ Vacaciones: Días libres el 24 y 31 de diciembre, además de 25 días adicionales de vacaciones.
