Product Technician

At TM Grupo Inmobiliario, a leader in the construction and real estate development sector, we are looking for a Product Technician to join our team in Torrevieja, eager to grow professionally in a consolidated and dynamic company.

• Identify needs and market opportunities for the development of new products or the improvement of existing ones.

• Coordinate the product life cycle, from its conception to its launch and subsequent follow-up.

• Collaborate with the R&D, marketing, production, and quality departments to ensure that products meet the company's technical and commercial standards.

• Analyze product performance in the market and propose corrective or improvement actions.

• Prepare technical and commercial product documentation (technical data sheets, manuals, catalogs, etc.).

• Support the definition of pricing, positioning, and promotion strategies.

• Supervise product testing, validations, and approvals.

• Keep updated the product database and ensure compliance with current regulations.

• Participate in trade fairs, presentations, and meetings with clients or suppliers to support the technical promotion of the product.

• Monitor technological and market trends to anticipate innovations and opportunities.

We are looking for a proactive person, with attention to detail and the ability to work in a team to guarantee compliance with the deadlines and quality standards required by the company.

• Degree in Architecture, Technical Architecture, Building Engineering, or similar.

• Experience as a Drafter.

• Excellent communication skills.

• Ability to work under pressure, manage incidents, and propose effective solutions.
