The role
Operations Supervisor - North Area (Basque Country, Asturias and Galicia)
We are looking for an Operations Supervisor for the Northwest zone. You will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the franchise network operations within the territory.
What you'll do
- Supervision and coordination:
Supervise the franchise network operations in the area.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure the integration and efficiency of operations. Ensure compliance with established objectives and goals.
- Sales management:
Monitor and analyze store sales.
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve commercial objectives.
- Reporting and analysis:
Generate periodic reports on the performance of the network.
Analyze data to identify trends, problems, and opportunities for improvement.
- Franchisee network operations monitoring:
Perform monitoring as well as providing information and support.
Ensure compliance with company regulations and policies. And coordinate with the different providers to ensure the fulfillment of services from both parties.
Required skills and experience
- Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing and Communication, Engineering, Economics, Business Sciences, International Trade, or related fields.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience performing similar activities.
- Knowledge of logistics and transport is a Plus.
- Experience in the Franchise sector is a Plus.
- Knowledge of Excel and CRM.
- Strategic and critical thinking.
- Commercial and rapid conflict resolution skills.
- Interpersonal skills to interact professionally in a multicultural environment with a great teamwork attitude.
- Living in the Basque Country, Asturias or Galicia.
- Availability to travel throughout the territory and eventually to our headquarters in Barcelona.
