💡 What you will do on a day-to-day basis:
🔹 Assist and support guests before, during, and after their stay via WhatsApp, phone, and email.
🔹 Manage reservations and inquiries from platforms such as Airbnb, Marriott Homes & Villas, Vrbo, and other sales channels.
🔹 Keep the property management system (PMS), reservation calendars, and databases up to date.
🔹 Coordinate the entire reservation process with the management team: contracts, payments, check-in, check-out, and deposit refunds.
🔹 Resolve guest issues and requests quickly, warmly, and professionally.
🔹 Prepare daily and weekly reports for owners and follow up on reservations.
🔹 Coordinate communication with the different departments to ensure excellent service.
🔹 Supervise, when necessary, apartments, maintenance providers, and small details to ensure the highest quality of stays.
📅 Schedule: Full-time, with availability to work weekends and holidays according to the rota. Shifts from Monday to Sunday, rotating between 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM and 1:00 PM to 9:00 PM, with 2 rotating days off per week.
