The role

What you'll do

Design, implement, and maintain the company's occupational risk prevention management system.
Guarantee compliance with legal regulations regarding occupational health and safety.
Prepare and update risk assessments for the various positions and workplaces.
Plan and supervise the execution of preventive and corrective measures.
Investigate accidents, incidents, and occupational diseases, proposing improvement actions.
Carry out and provide prevention training and information for the entire workforce.
Conduct internal inspections and audits to verify compliance with safety measures.
Manage the coordination of business activities with contractors and subcontractors.
Coordinate health surveillance and workplace adaptations when necessary.
Prepare and keep up to date the prevention documentation required by current legislation.
Develop, implement, and supervise emergency and evacuation plans.
Prepare safety reports and indicators, promoting continuous improvement and a prevention culture within the organization.
Ensure compliance with legal and technical-sanitary requirements regarding the prevention and control of legionella in the company's facilities.
