HR Generalist Technician

• Permanent contract.
• Salary: from €26,000 gross per year, depending on experience and merit.

• Schedule: 9:30 to 14:00 and from 15:00 to 18:00 (30 min lunch and 15 min breakfast)

At Triangle Solutions RRHH, we are selecting an HR Generalist Technician to join the HR department of a major company in the automotive sector, located in Barajas (Madrid).

The company has a workforce of approximately 400 employees and has different factories, workplaces, and establishments. You will join their Human Resources department directly, participating actively in internal people management and providing support to the different centers.

Labor management is outsourced to an agency, so the position will be mainly oriented towards internal Human Resources management, with a generalist and transversal vision.

• Management and monitoring of the workforce, schedules, clock-ins, absences, and vacations.
• Attention and support to employees regarding doubts and incidents.
• Management of onboarding, documentation, welcome, and follow-up of new hires.
• Support in selection and hiring processes.
• Coordination and monitoring of training.
• Support in matters of Occupational Health and Safety, including medical check-ups, training, and documentation.
• Management and updating of employee files and documentation.
• Preparation of reports and monitoring of HR data using Excel.
• Coordination with the managers of the different centers and with the external agency for labor procedures.
