Requirements

What we're looking for

C2 level of Catalan, essential.
Minimum education: compulsory secondary education (ESO).
Intermediate level of Microsoft Office Suite.
Good handling of IT tools and keyboard agility.
We will value a minimum of one year of experience in teleoperator, customer service, or banking management positions.
Availability to complete the initial online training during the indicated schedule.
Availability to work split shifts or afternoon shifts.

What you'll get

Possibility of direct incorporation into the company: you will start with a 3-month contract through an ETT and, subsequently, you may join the company's permanent staff.
Three weeks of initial online training, Monday to Friday, from 8:30 to 14:30 h, to prepare you for the duties of the position.

What you'll do

Handle incoming calls from individual banking customers.
Resolve inquiries, manage incidents, and carry out the necessary procedures to offer efficient and high-quality service.
Identify customer needs and perform cross-selling actions, offering suitable products or services.
