The role

At Tribal, we are looking for someone like you! Are you interested?

Why are we looking for you? We are looking for a Product Manager CX to join the team of one of our most important clients: a leader in the retail sector in Spain. Your mission will not be moving pixels, but being the qualitative "brain" behind the digital strategy, translating what the user feels and says into real business levers.

We are looking for someone who knows how to navigate between local business needs and the guidelines of a large international matrix, being the point of reference everyone turns to when they need to understand user behavior on the web.

What you'll do

  • Local-Global Liaison: You will be the point of contact between the Digital CX strategy in Spain and the guidelines or tools of the global group, ensuring that new international functionalities are aligned with the real needs of local customers.
  • Qualitative Insights Hub: You will be the internal point of reference consulted by the Business and Product areas. You will decide what to measure, when to launch a survey, and how to interpret data so that the entire organization understands the user.
  • Solution Validator: You will participate in the definition of solutions by taking part in strategic sessions. Your role will be to validate that proposals resolve the problems detected in surveys and qualitative audits.
  • Conversion Impact Analysis: You will transform qualitative feedback into business arguments. You will write concise and direct reports, extracting insights that serve as levers for action on the main customer "pains".
  • Database and Dashboard Review: You will support the review of databases and align dashboards in feedback tools. Your goal will be to set up dashboards consumable by all teams so they can extract data quickly and autonomously.
