What we're looking for
- Degree in Human Resources, Business, or related fields.
- Office 365 (Power BI, advanced Excel, macros, pivot tables, etc.).
- Minimum of 1 year of experience performing human resources functions.

The role
Your main mission will be to perform the management and administration tasks relating to the Compensation and Benefits area, offering a quality service to users and following the established procedures.
What you'll do
The selected person will join the C&B area within the Talent, Culture and Organization Directorate, participating in the following processes:
- Manage and maintain the company's organizational structure, ensuring the correct updating of roles, positions, organizational charts, and associated data.
- Administer employee benefit programs, including flexible compensation, health insurance, and other wellness initiatives.
- Support the generation of reports, dashboards, and key Human Resources indicators.
- Analyze people and business information to generate insights that facilitate decision-making and contribute to the improvement of HR processes.
- Participate in variable compensation processes, salary reviews, bonuses, and performance evaluations.
- Perform the monitoring and analysis of exit surveys, identifying trends and opportunities for improvement in the employee experience.
- Guarantee the quality, consistency, and updating of Human Resources data in corporate systems and tools.
- Collaborate with the different areas of the organization to address inquiries related to compensation and benefits.
