Requirements
What we're looking for
• Degree: Bachelor's or Licentiate in Business Administration, Marketing, or similar/ Master's degree or continuous training is valued.
• Required technical knowledge: digital tools (CMS, Analytics, etc.), analytics (Excel, Power BI,…), CRM.
• Minimum 5 years in Digital Marketing, Product Management, or Growth in B2C environments.
• Spanish (native) and English
Nice to have
• Experience in education and international environments will be valued.

We are looking for a Product Marketing professional to design the positioning and value proposition for the B&T area. You will participate in the design and execution of the marketing and sales plan in your area, oriented towards meeting objectives. Data-driven profiles ensuring area profitability and E2E funnel optimization.
At Grupo UAX, we are driving the growth of the Business & Tech area and are looking for a profile capable of taking on the development, positioning, and growth of this vertical, which is strategic for the company.
What you'll do
• Development of the marketing plan for the area. Establishing the objectives and the strategic & business plan to achieve them.
• Design of the value proposition for each of the products and initiatives within the area. Being capable of defining an innovation product and performing a rationalization exercise.
• In the same way, working jointly with the acquisition marketing (SEO&Paid) and sales teams to generate sufficient leads for business development, as well as the necessary impact on enrollments to reach the expected turnover.
• Being capable of monitoring key KPIs within their area of influence, generating performance reports, detecting areas for improvement, and proposing actions to correct deviations. It is important to be capable of monitoring campaigns and applying corrective measures. Knowledge of CRM and Power BI.
• P&L control and budget management, as well as ensuring the ROI of executed actions.
• Team management.
• Competitor analysis, in order to understand their positioning, what differential values they communicate, or the commercial promotions they activate.
• Design of 360º channel content plans: Web, LP, Social Media,… adjusting messages by channel and target alongside the acquisition and communication teams.
• Events, workshops & master classes.
