Quality Coordinator for the Faculty of Dentistry

• Degree: Bachelor's Degree
• Required technical knowledge: Office tools (Office Suite, specifically Excel and PowerPoint)
• Knowledge and experience in university quality management exceeding 5 years.
• Broad knowledge of university regulation in this matter.
• Valuable experience in degree evaluation, implementation of quality systems, internal audits, ISO 9001, and programmatic accreditation processes.
• Valuable experience in data analysis.

OBJECTIVE

To be an active agent in the implementation of the UAX Quality System, the continuous improvement of degrees and services offered, regulatory compliance, the monitoring and renewal of degree accreditation, and the obtaining of specific quality certifications and recognitions

MAIN FUNCTIONS

Degree accreditation monitoring and renewal process

• Coordinate the monitoring and renewal processes of official degree accreditation within the faculties.
• Perform internal monitoring of official degrees and continuing education.

Implementation of the Quality System

• Drive the effective implementation of the Quality System across the different Faculties and centers.
• Promote a culture of quality and regulatory compliance at UAX.
• Review, update, and monitor compliance with the procedures of the UAX Management and Quality System.
• Promote the use of indicators, records, and a culture of evidence. (Dashboards and indicator reports).
• Implement a system for the recording and archiving of evidence (document management, BPM).
• Raise awareness within the university community and provide relevant training.
• Coordinate the performance of Internal Audits for areas and centers.
• Pursue process improvement.
• Define, monitor, and report on degree and faculty improvement plans

Recognitions: Certifications and Accreditations

• Pursue SISCAL certification in the different faculties/schools, and the institutional accreditation of the centers.
• Pursue the institutional accreditation of UAX centers.
• Participate in ISO 9001:2015 certification: identification of requirements, monitoring of compliance, and accountability in internal and external audits.
• Collaborate in the evaluation processes for specific certifications of degrees and/or areas.
