Enrollment Technician (French C1)

• Qualification: Higher Level Vocational Training Cycle or equivalent
• Required technical knowledge: Office tools (Office Suite), CRM- Sales Force
• Experience in the educational sector (preferably)
• C1 level of French is essential
• Administrative management and telephone and in-person follow-up (outbound and inbound calls)

En UAX you will

We are looking for an Admissions Administrator with French C1 to achieve the annual enrollment objectives for new and returning students at UAX, oversee the admission process through the admissions portal, verify legal access requirements (RLA) and enrollments; as well as provide back-office support to sales advisors and students who may need it throughout the process (via telephone, online support, and in-person assistance at the offices).

• Telephone assistance in FRENCH (achieving established service and care objectives)
• In-person assistance at the admissions office regarding the requirements and needs of UAX students.
• Enrollment of new and returning students in a timely and proper manner (as well as enrollment modifications)
• Follow-up, support, and resolution of incidents for new students in all phases of the admission and enrollment process: document review, validation of the same, ensuring students' RLAs according to profiles, and closing enrollments in a timely and proper manner.
• Active participation in Department needs: in JPA, in-person admission tests, and assistance at the Campus on Saturdays (depending on the temporary needs of the admission and enrollment process).
• Provide support to students in aspects such as: credit transfers, financing, account opening, management of claims and/or returns, residence placement, ELE enrollment, or other events and/or activities where support and assistance to UAX students is required.
