What we're looking for

Intermediate Level Vocational Training in Nursing Assistant Care.
Vocational Training related to Administration, healthcare documentation, or similar.
Proficiency in ICTs, office tools, and the Office suite.
Availability from Monday to Friday.
Residence in the locality where the vacancy has arisen or surroundings. Willing to relocate if not residing in the locality of the vacant position.

Schedule from Monday to Friday from 12h to 19h plus split shifts (from 8h to 19h) for holiday coverage, training, and unforeseen events.

The role

Umivale Activa, a Social Security collaborating mutual insurance company that guarantees advisory services to companies and assistance in the protection of workers, requires a Healthcare Support Manager (healthcare assistant) for the workplace in Palma de Mallorca.

Among others, and reporting directly to the area manager, they will be in charge of the following functions:

Telephone and in-person attention and management.
Entering external reports into neos (scanned) and uploading them to document management.
Filing of reports and results of complementary tests of patients in their clinical histories.
Performing basic dressings, sterilization of material, and cleaning control.
Processing the reception of referral slips, mail, traffic files, and other documents.
Performing the distribution of patients for the best organization in the visiting schedule, registration in the logbook, referral slips, and receipts...
