You will be responsible for leading Salesforce projects from start to finish, from gathering requirements to technical and functional leadership, ensuring flawless execution.

You will act as a key point of contact with the client, aligning business needs with technological solutions, and guiding the teams toward success.

What are we looking for?

We are looking for a Salesforce Lead / Manager with experience in cross-cloud environments, capable of leading end-to-end initiatives within the Salesforce ecosystem and being part of the team at our client, a leader in the banking sector.

Hybrid collaboration in Madrid.

Minimum requirements

- At least +5 years of experience in Salesforce projects
- Experience leading teams and/or complex projects
- Solid experience in:
  - Sales Cloud
  - Service Cloud
  Experience in end-to-end environments (from analysis to delivery)

Cross-functional knowledge of the Salesforce ecosystem

Configuration and administration
Development (Apex, LWC) – valued
Integrations (APIs, middleware)

Knowledge of Salesforce architecture

Experience in agile methodologies (Scrum / SAFe)
