Industrial Engineer

As a VPS (Valeo Production System) Engineer at Valeo Martos, you will have the opportunity to work with the most powerful automotive manufacturers in the development of electronics, within an international and multicultural environment.

VPS Skills

• Develop your own skills and abilities in tools and methodologies useful for the APU (Autonomous Production Unit).

• Train APU members in VPS tools, standards, and methodologies, ensuring they are known and correctly applied.

VPS Strategies

• Ensure that VPS rules are taken into account in new projects at the appropriate phase.

• Help the APU Manager maintain a continuous improvement mindset, behavior, and policy, regardless of the operational situation.

• Organize the annual VSA (Valeo Self-Assessment) across the entire APU and propose the list of annual workshops.

• Help define the APU's VPS strategy and prepare the budget corresponding to VPS objectives.

• Manage the deployment of the V5000 VPS standard within the APU: manage the self-assessment with unit members and the improvement action plan.

• Deploy VPS standards and best practices within the APU.

Genba (on-site) Activities

• Coach APU members in the application of VPS tools and methodologies through on-the-job training (OJT).

• Permanently assist the APU Manager in detecting and reacting to non-conformities with VPS standards.

• Manage the maintenance of VPS tools through appropriate audits (such as Kanban audits): organization, execution, and follow-up.

• Prepare and organize the APU's weekly VPS committee (including the proposed agenda) led by the APU Manager, and draft the minutes.

• Regularly and thoroughly monitor the correct deployment of the VPS pillar within the APU.

• Support the APU's VPS workshop leaders in terms of methodology and achievement of results.

• Permanently lead workshops and implement improvement proposals.

We are looking for:

• Bachelor's/Master's degree in Industrial Engineering.

• Consolidated experience in a similar role.

• Advanced level of English (C1).

• Results orientation and commitment to teamwork in an international environment.

• Professionalism and transparency.

• Geographic mobility (on-site position).

Como Ingeniero/a de VPS (Valeo Production System) en Valeo Martos, tendrás la oportunidad de trabajar con los fabricantes de automóviles más potentes en el desarrollo de electrónica, dentro de un entorno internacional y multicultural.

Competencias VPS

• Desarrollar sus propias competencias y habilidades en herramientas y metodologías útiles para la APU (Unidad Autónoma de Producción).

• Formar a los miembros de la APU en herramientas, estándares y metodologías VPS, asegurando que estos se conozcan y apliquen correctamente.

Estrategias VPS

• Asegurar que las reglas del VPS se tengan en cuenta en los nuevos proyectos en la fase adecuada.

• Ayudar al Gerente de la APU a mantener una mentalidad, comportamiento y política de mejora continua, independientemente de la situación operativa.

• Organizar el VSA (Valeo Self-Assessment) anual en toda la APU y proponer la lista de talleres (workshops) anuales.

• Ayudar a definir la estrategia VPS de la APU y preparar el presupuesto correspondiente a los objetivos de VPS.

• Gestionar el despliegue de la norma V5000 VPS dentro de la APU: gestionar la autoevaluación con los miembros de la unidad y el plan de acción de mejora.

• Desplegar los estándares y mejores prácticas de VPS en la APU.

Actividades Genba (en planta)

• Entrenar (coach) a los miembros de la APU en la aplicación de herramientas y metodologías VPS mediante formación en el puesto de trabajo (OJT).

• Ayudar permanentemente al Gerente de la APU a detectar y reaccionar ante no conformidades con los estándares VPS.

• Gestionar el mantenimiento de las herramientas VPS mediante auditorías adecuadas (como auditorías Kanban): organización, ejecución y seguimiento.

• Preparar y organizar el comité semanal de VPS de la APU (incluyendo la propuesta de agenda) liderado por el Gerente de la APU, y redactar el acta.

• Supervisar regularmente y en profundidad el despliegue correcto del eje VPS en la APU.

• Apoyar a los pilotos de los talleres VPS de la APU en cuanto a metodología y consecución de resultados.

• Liderar permanentemente talleres e implementar propuestas de mejora.

Buscamos:

• Grado/Máster en Ingeniería Industrial.

• Experiencia consolidada en un rol similar.

• Nivel avanzado de inglés (C1).

• Orientación a resultados y compromiso con el trabajo en equipo en un entorno internacional.

• Profesionalidad y transparencia.

• Movilidad geográfica (one-site position).

• Pasión por la industria de la automoción.
