The role

We are looking to hire an Industrial Systems Implementation Specialist to participate in the implementation and evolution of the company's management tools, especially ERP, MES, and CMMS systems.

The selected person will work transversally with the different areas of the company, analyzing current processes and operations to contribute to their digitalization, standardization, and improvement. They will have an especially relevant role in the project to launch the new factory.

Main functions:

Collaborate in the implementation, integration, and evolution of ERP, MES, and CMMS systems.
Analyze the processes and workstations of the different areas, identifying needs, inefficiencies, and digitalization opportunities.
Translate the needs of users and industrial operations into functional requirements and improvement proposals.
Coordinate and monitor technological providers, controlling deliverables, deadlines, incidents, and compliance with agreed requirements.
Validate that the implemented functionalities and integrations correctly respond to the company's needs.
Define and document processes, procedures, and work instructions.
Prepare manuals and internal documentation regarding the implemented tools and processes.
Provide support to users and collaborate in the resolution of incidents.
Participate in team training regarding new tools and procedures.
Monitor projects, preparing reports and identifying risks, deviations, and improvement actions.
Gather user needs and feedback to convert them into concrete optimization proposals.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives aimed at simplifying processes, increasing efficiency, and reducing errors, manual tasks, and external dependencies.
Contribute to ensuring that the company's critical knowledge is documented and accessible, facilitating training, substitutions, and operational continuity.
