The role
Currently, we want to recruit a OHS AND ENVIRONMENT TECHNICIAN for one of our companies located in Tardienta.
What you'll do
- Maintain, develop, and improve the energy, environmental, and occupational health and safety management systems, in accordance with ISO 50001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 standards and the group's corporate criteria.
- Identify and keep up to date the legal requirements and other commitments applicable to the three management systems, evaluate their compliance, and coordinate the monitoring of necessary actions.
- Prepare and update procedures, instructions, protocols, and records, ensuring their availability, document control, and implementation in corporate platforms and tools.
- Plan and coordinate internal and external audits, accompany inspections, and manage non-conformities, corrective actions, and opportunities for improvement, verifying the effectiveness of the implemented measures.
- Coordinate the activities of the External Prevention Service (SPA), including risk assessments, specific studies, hygienic measurements, and the planning of preventive activity.
- Prepare or review preventive technical documentation within the scope of their training and assigned duties.
- Incorporate energy and environmental performance criteria into proposals for the acquisition, design, or modification of equipment, facilities, and services, in collaboration with the responsible departments.
- Provide technical support to other plants in the group through visits, controls, audits, and participation in projects, collaborating with local managers in the implementation of common criteria and the exchange of best practices.
WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
- Training: Master's degree in occupational risk prevention, safety, hygiene, ergonomics, and psychosociology.
- Three years of experience in a similar position.
- Residence in the province of the vacant position.
