What we're looking for

Related technical or commercial training, such as engineering, business administration, or similar.
5 years of demonstrated experience in commercial or technical roles in the industrial or technological sector, preferably in international markets and in the LAC region.
Advanced communication and negotiation competencies, with a customer orientation and the ability to work in multidisciplinary and multicultural teams.
Proficiency in Spanish and English, both written and oral; knowledge of Portuguese and/or other languages of the region is valuable.
Analytical skills to interpret market data and develop effective commercial strategies.
Availability to travel within the region and adapt to different schedules and cultural contexts.

The role

What you'll do

Manage and follow up on commercial opportunities in the Latin America and Caribbean region, ensuring the fulfillment of established sales objectives.
Provide technical and commercial advice to clients to understand their needs and offer solutions adapted to their requirements.
Collaborate closely with the marketing, logistics, and after-sales departments to ensure an optimal customer experience aligned with the company's quality standards.
Perform market and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and possible threats, facilitating strategic decision-making.
Participate in trade fairs, events, and commercial presentations, representing the company professionally and promoting the corporate image.
Prepare periodic reports on market evolution and commercial performance for management and other stakeholders.
