Requirements

What we're looking for

Minimum of 5 years of experience in roles dedicated to Administrative Law and Public Law.
Bachelor's Degree in Law (or Degree + Master's in Law)
Experience in filing briefs and appeals in proceedings before public bodies.
Current registration with the nursing association.
Proficiency in English (French is also valued).
Ability to work as part of a team.
Eagerness to learn, attitude, proactivity, and autonomy.

The role

Advisory services in Public Law with special dedication to tenders and procurement, energy and waste law, and public procurement.
Management of contentious-administrative processes.
Legal advice to all areas of the company.
Drafting all types of appeals against resolutions from public bodies, according to instructions from Management.
Attending to, handling, and following up on complaints and claims related to the activities under their charge.
Participating in strategic and growth projects within the sector.
