The role

Within the HR Department of Aguas de Barcelona, we are looking for a Selection and Development Technician with specific knowledge in selection, organizational design, transformation, executive assessment, and talent development.

What you'll do

Identify and attract qualified talent
Manage selection processes (interviews, technical tests)
Evaluate candidate competencies and profiles
Post job offers on specialized platforms
Participation in the design and implementation of different development programs.
Evaluate employee performance and progress.
Preparation of development and talent reports.
Propose career plans
Database management.
Preparation and monitoring of KPI dashboards.
