Club Manager

• Degree in Physical Activity and Sport Sciences (INEF) or Business Administration and Management (ADE) or equivalent.
• A Master's degree in sports facility management will be valued.
• At least 1 year of experience in a similar position.
• A combination of technical and personal skills, as well as previous experience in the fitness industry and, preferably, in leadership, management, and direction roles.

Main responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and supervise the daily activities of the gym, ensuring the achievement of established objectives and goals.
• Hire, train, evaluate and manage staff, fostering a positive and motivating work environment.
• Manage the budget, control expenses and optimize business profitability.
• Implement marketing strategies and promotions to attract and retain customers.
• Ensure compliance with safety, health and hygiene regulations, as well as applicable local and national laws and regulations for the sector.
• Supervise the maintenance and cleaning of the facilities, ensuring they remain in optimal condition.
• Resolve conflicts and handle customer inquiries or complaints, providing efficient and satisfactory solutions.
• Monitor gym performance through key performance indicators (KPIs) and make adjustments to strategy and operations as needed.
