What we're looking for
- At least 3 years of experience working with Oracle PeopleSoft.
- Solid knowledge of PeopleTools, especially Application Engine, Component Interfaces, and Integration Broker.
- Hands-on experience in development and customization using PeopleCode.
- Experience in application integration via Web Services, REST APIs, or file-based integrations.
- Knowledge of security administration, maintenance, and optimization of PeopleSoft environments.
- Experience in updates, migrations, or patch management.
- Ability to analyze requirements and design technical solutions adapted to business needs.
- Advanced English (C1), essential for communication with international teams.
Nice to have
- Experience working with different PeopleSoft modules and cross-functional business processes.
- Knowledge of Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) and hybrid architectures.
- Experience in cloud migrations and ERP platform modernization.
- Knowledge of update strategies via PUM and Selective Adoption.

The role
At Vortech PCI Group, we are looking for a PeopleSoft Specialist profile to participate in an international technological project for a multinational company, focused on the implementation, evolution, and modernization of enterprise solutions based on Oracle PeopleSoft.
This is an opportunity to work with complex ERP platforms, enterprise integrations, and Oracle technologies, collaborating with international teams on development, optimization, and technological transformation projects.
We are looking for a person with solid experience in Oracle PeopleSoft, PeopleTools, and PeopleCode, technical autonomy, and the ability to design solutions, solve complex problems, and operate in international business environments.
What you'll do
- Design, develop, and maintain advanced solutions and customizations on Oracle PeopleSoft.
- Participate in the implementation, improvement, and evolution of different PeopleSoft modules.
- Develop integrations with external systems using Integration Broker, Web Services, and REST APIs.
- Perform performance optimization tasks, incident resolution, and application stability improvements.
- Manage updates, patch deployments, and migration processes using PeopleSoft Update Manager (PUM).
- Analyze functional requirements and transform them into technical specifications and solutions.
- Collaborate with international development, architecture, and business teams.
- Participate in code reviews, definition of technical standards, and best practices.
- In senior profiles, assume responsibilities for architecture, technical leadership, and mentoring.
How you'll work
- Location: Valencia.
- Modality: Hybrid, 3 days on-site per week.
- Relocation: Possibility to start working remotely from Spain before relocating to Valencia.
- Language: Advanced English (C1).
