The role

IT Application Support and Operations Specialist | Madrid or Málaga | Conversational English

Do you have experience in application technical support and want to be part of an international technological project?

At Experis IT, we are looking for an IT Application Support and Operations Specialist to join an international technological infrastructure services project, guaranteeing the continuity, stability, and optimization of critical systems.

What you'll do

Management of incidents, problems, changes, and service requests.
Monitoring and checking system status (health checks).
Support and maintenance of SAP applications, non-SAP applications, and VDI environments.
Supervision and maintenance of Batch processes.
Execution of operating procedures (runbooks).
Optimization of monitoring parameters.
Coordination with international technical teams.

How you'll work

Madrid or Málaga.
Hybrid modality: 1 day on-site per week.
Applications from other locations with less on-site presence will be valued.
Shifts from Monday to Friday: 7:00-15:00, 8:00-17:00, or 10:00-19:00.
Planned on-call shifts: approximately one per month.
