What we're looking for

Professional Experience: Minimum 5 years as an ERP Consultant, preferably in engineering and manufacturing. Experience in project management, from planning to post-implementation support.
Technical Knowledge: Deep knowledge of ERP systems (SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, Oracle), process analysis tools, and technological platforms related to engineering and manufacturing. Experience in systems integration and working with databases.
Consulting and Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to identify and resolve complex problems, optimizing processes. Ability to communicate technical solutions to non-technical users.
Project Management: Solid competencies in project planning, execution, and control, with the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Communication and Teamwork: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with internal teams and clients, collaborating in multidisciplinary teams.
Additional Competencies: Adaptability to rapid changes, decision-making in complex situations, and a proactive approach toward continuous improvement and learning new technologies.

The role

From P&PD engineering (ATS Global), we are managing the selection process for an ERP Consultant for one of our clients based in the Basque Country.

Role Objective: The ERP Consultant will be responsible for providing expert advice on the implementation, optimization, and support of ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) and Engineering systems within technological projects. This role aims to ensure that systems are adapted to client needs, improve operational efficiency, and contribute to the success of the company's technological projects.

What you'll do

ERP Advisory and Optimization: Provide specialized consultancy to implement and optimize ERP systems, aligning them with the client's business processes and proposing technical solutions to improve operational efficiency.
Solution Analysis and Design: Collaborate with clients and internal teams to analyze requirements and design customized solutions that integrate ERP with engineering and manufacturing processes.
Project Management and Coordination: Participate in project planning and execution, ensuring compliance with deadlines and objectives, and collaborate with teams to ensure efficient execution.
Training and Support: Train end users for effective ERP use and offer continuous support to resolve technical incidents, ensuring system operability.
Continuous Improvement: Identify improvement opportunities in existing systems, implement changes to optimize performance, and stay up to date on ERP trends and technologies to recommend innovations.
Documentation and Reporting: Create and maintain detailed documentation on system implementation and customization, generating periodic reports on project progress and identifying risks.
