The role

We are looking for a Project and Engineering Director to lead and manage projects in the industrial sector in the Valencia area. The position requires experience in engineering and team management.

What you'll do

Define, plan, and execute the annual industrial investment plan.
Lead projects for the implementation, expansion, or replacement of machinery and production facilities.
Analyze capacity, efficiency, and automation needs of industrial processes.
Prepare technical-economic studies and feasibility analyses for investments.
Manage relationships with machinery manufacturers, engineering firms, integrators, and specialized suppliers.
Coordinate the commissioning of new lines, equipment, and facilities.
Supervise the execution of construction work and industrial installations.
Participate in continuous improvement processes focused on productivity, efficiency, quality, and cost reduction.
Collaborate closely with Production, Maintenance, Quality, and Industrial Management.
Guarantee compliance with safety standards, industrial regulations, and environmental regulations.
Perform budget monitoring of projects and ensure the fulfillment of investment objectives.
