The role

At Candee, we are managing this Junior Art Director (Social Media) position, with the internal name Social Craft Lead, for Hamlet Strategic Makers.

You will be the person responsible for elevating client content on social networks, building a creative, coherent, and differentiating narrative that connects with the community and reinforces the brand.

What you'll do

  • Lead the production of social media content.

  • Go out to film, edit, and deliver native content, especially in vertical format.

  • Accompany teams during shoots, activations, events, and content sessions.

  • Propose improvements and optimizations based on formats, timing, trends, and performance.

  • Ensure visual and aesthetic coherence with the brand and the editorial strategy.

  • Detect opportunities for improvement based on content performance, understanding which formats, narratives, or dynamics work best on social networks.

  • You will have occasional contact with clients when presenting developments you have created, always accompanied by the Social Manager and the account's Account Manager.
