Requirements

What we're looking for

You have at least 2 years of experience in customer service, especially in e-commerce or environments with logistical operations.
You are closely acquainted with delivery route management, transport incidents, and coordination with carriers.
You have worked with ticket management tools such as Zendesk.
You have an intermediate level of English.
The world of gastronomy interests you or catches your attention.
You are a communicative, organized, results-oriented person with the ability to adapt when things change.

What you'll do

Attend to customer requests through the various communication channels.
Handle and make calls to customers and carriers.
Supervise delivery routes and resolve logistical incidents with proactivity and efficiency.
Manage routes, absences, and drivers using the OptimoRoute software.
Management of restaurant vouchers.
