We are currently in a growth phase, we have very interesting challenges ahead, and we need to strengthen the People area with an HRBP for the corporate departments, with experience in recruitment. If you are a hungry person looking for a place to grow, we have a vacancy for you.

As an HRBP, you will be part of the People team and will have a generalist vision (recruitment, personnel administration, labor relations, and talent). You will also work on the implementation of projects and actions specific to the department.

Closeness to the internal client:

• Create and maintain good relationships with people, favoring the closeness of the People department to the areas, knowing their reality and needs
• Act as a bridge and catalyst regarding the needs of the different areas, seeking solutions to various situations, evaluating risks,  proposing actions internally, and delivering responses for each situation

Selection:

• Lead the recruitment processes for corporate and operations profiles
• Expand the candidate pool thanks to the use of different sourcing techniques
• Ensure the management of recruitment processes from start to finish: Profile definition, posting the position, direct sourcing of profiles, competency-based interviewing, feedback, and monitoring the position until closure
• Ensure the closure of recruitment processes with a significant fit not only at a technical level, but also in terms of values

Talent, Development, and Operations HR:

• Management of employee lifecycle needs, through coordination with internal and external stakeholders
• Participation in the creation of People projects, adapting initiatives to the reality of the corporate areas
• Implementation of actions, processes, and initiatives; ensuring communication, execution, monitoring, and continuous improvement
• Recording of People area-specific KPIs
• Monitoring of KPIs for internal review and implementation of improvement actions

• You have at least 3 years of experience as an HRBP in the industrial sector
• Experience in conducting competency-based interviews
• Experience in direct candidate sourcing techniques
• Experience with HR KPIs and ratios
• Knowledge of efficiency techniques through the use of applied AI
