Hello!

I'm Celia, the recruiter for this position. I love musical theater, karaoke, and starting series, although sometimes I struggle to finish them. You might think I'm a scattered person but, nothing could be further from the truth! Pleased to meet you!

And you will wonder: Celia, what will my day-to-day be like wearing the blue shirt? I love that you ask me this (I asked it to myself at the time too):

• You will provide telephone assistance related to claims, mainly motor, interacting with policyholders, brokers, providers, etc.
• You will drive the increase in video assessment requests and the direction of collaborating workshops, contributing to the achievement of the center's objectives.
• You will guarantee excellence in customer service, identifying their needs and attempting to resolve them proactively. TNPS quality survey.
• You will contribute to the improvement in service quality by meeting the established KPIs.
• You will open and manage claims following established protocols to ensure they are managed effectively and efficiently, attempting to minimize their lifecycle as much as possible.
