Business Manager - Agent Acquisition - North

We are looking for a Business Manager (BM) for Agent Recruitment for the Bilbao Territorial Directorate, with a key role in the development, revitalization, and growth of an agent network. The position aims to guarantee the achievement of commercial objectives in the Individuals, Companies, and Life businesses, ensuring sustainable and profitable growth.

Lead, manage, and develop an assigned panel of agents, driving their growth and professionalization, and ensuring the achievement of commercial objectives under criteria of profitability and quality.

Your role combines commercial management, people development, and strategic business vision:

Agent recruitment and management:

• Identify, attract, and select new agents for the network.
• Evaluate candidates and formalize their onboarding.
• Guarantee an adequate operational rollout for new agents.

Business revitalization and development:

• Maintain a continuous relationship with agents, both in person and remotely.
• Monitor commercial objectives and results.
• Detect growth opportunities in the market, anticipating trends and competitor movements.

Agent monitoring and development:

• Accompany agents in their professional development through career plans.
• Conduct mentoring and follow-up sessions.
• Identify deviations in results and activate improvement and mitigation plans.
