What you'll get

A flexible working schedule and 124 hours of remote work per quarter, so you can adapt your work to your needs. Additionally, we have intensive working hours during the summer, from June 15 to September 15.

Main responsibilities

Understanding existing models and capabilities and identifying business needs to convert them into use cases.
Design and improvement of business models, operations, processes, and methodologies that convert strategic initiatives into applicable and scalable solutions.
Development of practical, simple, and replicable capabilities and tools that can be used by countries with different distributors, partners, and business models.
Accompanying implementation and adoption, adapting solutions to different maturity levels without losing global coherence.
Collaborating in the orderly transfer of initiatives to the department, country, or area responsible for their ordinary management.

What profile are we looking for?

We are looking to incorporate a professional with vision and knowledge of business and commercial distribution networks to contribute to their evolution and transformation. Above all, we are looking for a person with skills in understanding commercial models and processes, data usage, and new technologies (AI).

Academic background: Degree in Business Administration and Management, Economics, Engineering, Actuarial Science, or similar. Postgraduate training (Master's) related to the Insurance field, Data Analytics, Digital Transformation, or related areas is highly valued.
Knowledge and experience:
- Between 3 and 5 years of experience in business transformation, consulting, process improvement, and implementation of commercial capabilities.
- Functional knowledge of data, artificial intelligence, and automation to identify opportunities and work with specialized teams.
- Experience or interest in distribution, B2B2C models, ecosystems, partners, or insurance.
Competencies: Ability to manage projects from start to finish and to work in an international environment, coordinating multidisciplinary teams
Languages: English level C1 (Advanced)
Tools: Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, Power BI, and AI tools.
Availability to travel: You will have the opportunity to work with teams and projects from different countries within the Group, including occasional travel to favor collaboration and the development of initiatives.
